New homeowners: Welcome to The Gentry at Princeton Meadows Homeowners Association! The Association is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors, composed of your neighbors and (hopefully) future friends. The Association operates and maintains the pools, clubhouse, tot lots and many acres of common property throughout the community. In addition, the Association, primarily through its Covenants Committee, is charged with maintaining the aesthetics of the community, so please be sure to submit an application to the Covenants Committee before making any exterior changes or additions to your property. The trash removal services are provided by the Association, while the recycling is provided by Middlesex County. The community is managed by Piazza & Associates, Inc., which oversees the day-to-day operation of the Association. Assessments of $215 per home are collected quarterly and fund the services and work of the Association. The clubhouse (which is temporarily closed due to the pandemic) can be used for a small cleaning charge. External Modifications: All exterior changes need to go through the Covenants Committee for review and approval. These include, but aren't limited to, changes to home additions, installation of sheds, changes in paint colors (including siding, trim, roofs, doors, windows, and gutters), changes in style, color, and/or placement of fences, driveways, sidewalks, front steps, etc. Applications are available in the portal
Bulk Waste Removal: Our contract for trash removal provides bulk waste removal for homeowners at no additional cost. To schedule, please call Republic Services 732-545-8988 and use the Gentry account number: 3-0689-1002162
Clubhouse Rental: The clubhouse is available for use by residents (and their guests) all year but please note there is no air conditioning in the facility. Rent $100 plus $200 refundable security deposit. Please contact Marlene Walters at MWalters@OurManager.net for scheduling.
